There is a very select and small number of homes that qualify for the 50% rebate.  Ohio does offer better interest rates to that same group of people but often the incentives offered to first time home buyers are better than the ones for teachers/police/emt’s,

Every warm body there has been pressing hard to get 2.0 out, so an iPhone app is on hold until the rollout is complete. It definitely is on their radar screen. In the meantime, you can choose “mobile site” for a version aesthetically designed specifically for mobile devices. That link is on the bottom of every page, and is an option you can choose at login as well.
